<good question - wish I could answer>
however - here's some things that are supposed to happen at the hri07e level;
- the section 1.0 project roles are assumed and adopted.
- the Project Owner creates a project (currently using pm4g - Google drive etc.)
- the Project Owner appoints (hires) a Project Manager
- the Project Manager does all the dirty work - setup, finding resources, putting contracts in place, chasing the contractors, assigning blame, taking credit...
- the project resource people are either registered at HRI or the Project Manager ensures they deliver the work as if they were registered via his intervention. (i.e. if the PM hires somebody who is computer illiterate - then he gets to enter all the deliverable for them as well as manage their time - but everybody else gets to use the results as if the illiterate resources was registered**.)
- the Project Owner nags the Project Manager incessantly <nah - not at HRI>
- the project resources are contracted to deliver the bits and pieces that assemble into the final product - which works on the 1st try of course.
