Using the concepts of "Actors" and "roles" from the software development folks - the currently identified roles are listed below and represent one person participating in one project in one way.
- can more than one person participate in a project in the same way?
yes - but not at the same time - and when the role is "handed off" from one person to another - all the other project team members should be able to know it happened.
- can one person participate in more than one role on the same project?
yes - but you don't get paid for both jobs at once - and you can't be the "prosecutor" and the "defense" on the same case (project).
