HRI welcomes Visitors as that is the most common way people begin a relationship with any online site. Hopefuly you interest will be piqued to register and become a member and even a resource person in the HRI site.
Please remember however, that HRI deals with real projects and real money and real Intellectual Property and therefore restrictions about who needs to know what are common in these situations.
Remember - when it's your Million Dollar pet project that is being shopped around for participation you want to keep your secrets secret too. Please honour that desire from others.
